The former Olympic parking-area project on Via Giordano Bruno, attributed to Gefim, was reported as having remained unbuilt for 13 years, with the site in deterioration; a 2023 article described a new plan for construction over the following ten years, so completion by October 11, 2026 is not established by the retrieved evidence.
