Maxim’s North Coast project (now associated with The Mark and Mountain View’s later Plage phase) was reported as still undelivered: units contracted for delivery in 2020–2021 had not been handed over by December 2025, while a Ministry of Housing meeting reportedly assigned The Mark responsibility for the earlier Bo Island and Bo Sand phases and limited Mountain View’s role to managing and operating Plage; this is a documented project-level delay and does not by itself establish parent-company liability for the earlier phases.
