  • DELIVERY DELAY January–September 2026; report dated September 30, 2026 The Domes White Coast Milos hotel expansion was subject to an interim court order requiring V TOURISM S.A., in which Prodea holds 49%, to abstain from construction; Prodea’s September 2026 interim report says works were scheduled to resume in early 2027 and the expansion was estimated for completion in 2028, so those are future commitments rather than completed delivery. The Council of State had rejected the annulment application, while the project had nevertheless remained delayed by legal and administrative obstacles.
  • REGULATORY January 27–September 30, 2026; reported June 11, 2026 In the Domes White Coast Milos matter, the Municipality of Milos and others challenged the environmental approval and building permit before the Council of State; the company’s report records the interim suspension of construction, and a contemporaneous report said the Ministry of Environment and Energy requested actions by the Milos planning authority while the National Transparency Authority conducted an on-site inspection. Prodea reported that the Council of State ultimately rejected the annulment application, so this finding records regulatory and legal intervention, not a proven violation.

The Domes White Coast Milos hotel expansion was subject to an interim court order requiring V TOURISM S.A., in which Prodea holds 49%, to abstain from construction; Prodea’s September 2026 interim report says works were scheduled to resume in early 2027 and the expansion was estimated for completion in 2028, so those are future commitments rather than completed delivery. The Council of State had rejected the annulment application, while the project had nevertheless remained delayed by legal and administrative obstacles.

In the Domes White Coast Milos matter, the Municipality of Milos and others challenged the environmental approval and building permit before the Council of State; the company’s report records the interim suspension of construction, and a contemporaneous report said the Ministry of Environment and Energy requested actions by the Milos planning authority while the National Transparency Authority conducted an on-site inspection. Prodea reported that the Council of State ultimately rejected the annulment application, so this finding records regulatory and legal intervention, not a proven violation.
PROJECT CANCELLED September 10, 2025
Prodea disclosed that its framework transaction with Aktor Holdings for the proposed real-estate portfolio sale could not be completed and was cancelled on September 10, 2025; the parties applied the agreement’s provisions, under which €15,000 was paid to Prodea. This was a cancelled transaction involving 39 properties, not evidence that the underlying properties were abandoned.

A court temporarily stopped works on Prodea’s Stavros Hill project in Athens until March 2, 2023 after residents and workers sought interim measures; a later Supreme Administrative Court interim decision again ordered that planned belvedere structures not be implemented pending a final decision. The reports describe residents’ allegations and interim measures, not a final finding that Prodea acted unlawfully.
