In a report published on 16 August 2025, more than 80 Seyrantepe landowners were reported still waiting for Taşyapı’s project, despite a contractual delivery target of 2010; the project reportedly had not advanced beyond foundation excavation, and one landowner’s 2018 claim for lost rent and return of title was still under examination, with no reported final resolution.
