The Olympic Star residential project—originally undertaken by Olympic Star LLC, not White Square—had remained unfinished for about 13 years and left roughly 400 families waiting; in October 2020, White Square said it would fully finance and help complete the inherited project under a Tbilisi City Hall memorandum, with a three-year completion commitment. This is an older inherited-project matter, not evidence that White Square itself abandoned the project, and the sources retrieved do not establish whether the commitment was completed by October 10, 2026.
DELIVERY DELAY 16 April 2021 (source publication date; the reported original completion failure dated back about 13 years)
The Olympic Star project in Tbilisi was an inherited, long-stalled development: White Square reported on 16 April 2021 that Olympic Star LLC had failed to complete the building for 13 years, leaving about 400 families waiting; White Square said it was financing completion with BK Construction/BK Holding, and its current project page states that the Shartava construction is complete, so this is documented resolved history rather than an active current delay.
